  2. Add water and dried yeast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 35°C, Speed Min
  5. Then add white flour, wholemeal flour, butter, milk, salt and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Knead with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  7. Remove the bowl from the machine
  8. Cover with kitchen towel
  9. Prove - 1 hr 30 min
  10. Grease a clean baking tray
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Knead lightly
  13. Roll into a log
  14. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  15. Cover with kitchen towel
  16. Prove - 1 hr
  17. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  18. Spray with water
  19. Bake - 40 min, 180°C
  20. Let cool onto cooling rack
  21. Serve
