Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add egg white and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Whisk with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 9
  7. Add sugar to the kCook bowl slowly while machine is running
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  9. Add plain flour, baking powder and salt to the medium bowl
  10. Mix carefully until combined
  11. Add butter to the medium bowl
  12. Fold gently until combined
  13. Transfer content of medium bowl to round pan
  14. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  15. Serve
