  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add mushrooms, aubergine, tinned tomatoes, water and green lentils to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until tender - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 30 min, 105°C, Stir 1
  12. Then add yeast extract, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook until thick - 15 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  14. Serve
