Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease and line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add dark chocolate, unsalted butter, salted butter, sugar, plain flour and egg to the Kenwood bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - approx 1 min, Speed Min
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - approx 2 min, Speed Max
  7. Then add hazelnuts to the Kenwood bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 30 sec, Speed 3
  9. Transfer chocolate mixture to square pan
  10. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  11. Let cool
  12. Cut into squares
  13. Serve
