Step preview

  1. Add beef, plain flour, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, oil and black pepper to a clean bowl
  2. Mix with tablespoon until covered
  3. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  4. Attach the Stir Tool
  5. Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  7. Heat with splashguard fitted - 160°C, Speed 1
  8. Then add onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 160°C, Speed 1
  10. Take the beef mixture out of the fridge
  11. Mix with tablespoon
  12. Transfer content of bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 180°C, Speed 2
  14. Then garnish with coriander leaves
  15. Serve
