Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add butter and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min 30 sec, speed 6
  7. Then add egg, buttermilk, vegetable oil, water, vanilla extract, plain flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 5
  9. Scrape
  10. Add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  12. Line a clean muffin pan
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to muffin pan
  14. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  15. Cool on round wire rack
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  18. Add cocoa powder, butter, vanilla extract, icing sugar and milk to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  21. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  22. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  23. Frost with piping bag
  24. Serve
