Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add bicarbonate of soda, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, self raising flour, baking powder and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  7. Add unsalted butter, vanilla extract, honey, egg, milk and banana to a clean jug
  8. Mix
  9. Transfer content of jug to kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  11. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to muffin pan
  13. Bake - 20 min, 190°C
  14. Let cool on round wire rack
  15. Serve
