This French technique of cooking is where the ingredients are wrapped in a parcel and the ingredients cook in their own steam, giving a succulent flavourful dish, and reduces the washing up! This is also a great way of cooking fish.

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and garlic clove to a clean large glass bowl
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  6. Slice onion, asparagus and courgette into the large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Add salt & pepper to the large glass bowl
  8. Mix together until combined then set aside
  9. Add chicken breast, white wine, tarragon, chervil and olive oil to a clean medium bowl
  10. Season
  11. Mix together until combined
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Transfer vegetables to baking sheet evenly
  14. Transfer chicken to parcels
  15. Fold tightly
  16. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  17. Serve
