The yogurt is not very firm but it is a yogurt and it is delicious. Use a flat rectangular dish that fits in the steam tray, and two 500 ml jars. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

  1. Add whole milk and plain yogurt to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Whisk until combined
  3. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl

  5. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to kCook bowl
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 8 hr, 43°C
  8. The next day, pour into the jars
  9. Chill in fridge
  10. Serve
