Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 8
  7. Add caster sugar to the kCook bowl bit by bit while machine is running
  8. Whisk with filler cap removed - 45 sec, speed 8
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large mixing bowl carefully
  10. Sift icing sugar and ground almonds into the large mixing bowl
  11. Add vanilla extract to the large mixing bowl
  12. Fold gently until combined
  13. Spoon mixture into piping bag carefully
  14. Pipe meringue onto baking sheet
  15. Pipe into rounds with piping bag until 4cm round
  16. Let rest - 20 min
  17. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  18. Bake - 20 min, 160°C
  19. Let cool and continue
  20. Clean kCook bowl
  21. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  22. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  23. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  25. Heat with filler cap removed - 75°C, speed 3
  26. Then add white chocolate to the kCook bowl
  27. Stir with filler cap removed - 3 min, 45°C, speed 4
  28. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  29. Pipe chocolate mixture onto meringue generously
  30. Assemble together
  31. Serve
