A quick, tasty vegetable stir fry of shiitake mushrooms and purple sprouting broccoli with garlic, ginger and chilli. Serve with rice for a simple mid-week meal.

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add sunflower oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add garlic clove and fresh chilli to the kCook bowl
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Slice shiitake mushrooms, ginger and shallot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min 30 sec, 140°C, speed 4
  14. Then add dark soy sauce, sesame oil, coconut sugar, mangetout and purple sprouting broccoli to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 140°C, speed 5
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  17. Slice spring onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 45 sec, 140°C, speed 4
  20. Then add sesame seeds to the kCook bowl
  21. Drizzle with sesame oil
  22. Serve
