Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add mirin, dark soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, honey, brown sugar and sesame oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 100°C, speed 4
  6. Get a clean medium bowl
  7. Add agar agar and water to the medium bowl
  8. Combine with tablespoon until completely mixed
  9. Transfer wet ingredients to sauce while blending
  10. Cook with filler cap removed until thickened - 5 min, 85°C, speed 6
  11. Transfer a clean medium bowl carefully
  12. Chill in fridge until cool
