This no-fuss cheesecake is so simple that it is easy to do but will always impress your friends and guests, try different topping to give it your individual twist. (Please remember not to over whisk the cream, keep an eye on it).

Step preview

  1. Grease a clean round pan
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add butter and bottled lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Heat with filler cap fitted until melted - 2 min, 60°C, speed 3
  7. Then add biscuits to the kCook bowl
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted until fine crumbs form - 20 sec, speed 12
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to round pan
  10. Press evenly
  11. Chill in fridge until firm
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  14. Add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  17. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min 20 sec, speed 7
  18. Then add cream cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  19. Whisk with filler cap fitted until thickened - 1 min, speed 9
  20. Then add vanilla extract and lemon to the kCook bowl
  21. Whisk with filler cap fitted until combined - 30 sec, speed 7
  22. Transfer content of kCook bowl to base
  23. Spread evenly
  24. Chill in fridge until set - approx 2 hr
  25. Serve
