This is a vibrant, fresh salad from Thailand topped with chopped roasted peanuts.

Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Add peanuts to a clean baking sheet
  5. Roast until golden brown - 10 min, 180°C
  6. Let cool - 5 min
  7. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Transfer nuts to kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  11. Blend with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 12
  12. Transfer nuts to small bowl
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  15. Add fresh chilli, garlic clove, coriander, fish sauce, lime juice and palm sugar to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  18. Blend with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 12
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  20. Grate carrot and papaya into a clean large serving bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  22. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  23. Slice spring onion into the salad with direct prep attachment
  24. Add green beans to the salad
  25. Toss until combined
  26. Pour content of small bowl into salad
  27. Transfer nuts to salad
  28. Serve
