Step preview

  1. Place chicken breast on a clean cutting board
  2. Put your hand on top and cut horizontally into 2 equal fillets
  3. Attach the Stir Tool
  4. Add chicken stock, tinned sweetcorn, ginger, garlic clove and soy sauce to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until hot - 4 min, 105°C, Stir 1
  7. Add chicken to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 12 min, 105°C, Speed OFF
  9. Remove the chicken from the Cooking Chef bowl
  10. Use two forks to shred the meat and set aside
  11. Add rice vermicelli, pak choi and spring onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted until tender - 4 min, 105°C, Stir 1
  13. Divide noodles between 8 large serving bowls
  14. Top with the shredded chicken
  15. Ladle the soup over the noodles and chicken
  16. Serve
