  1. Line a clean baking tray with paper towels
  2. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  3. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  4. Add tinned chickpeas to the Food processor attachment
  5. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  6. Blitz - approx 1 min
  7. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  9. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  10. Add tinned tuna, onion, garlic clove, lemon juice, red chili, ground cumin, breadcrumbs and coriander to the Food processor attachment
  11. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  12. Blitz - approx 1 min
  13. Attach the Creaming Beater
  14. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  16. Mix until combined - 30 sec, Speed 1
  17. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  18. Divide the mixture into 60 g balls
  19. Flatten slightly into patty shapes
  20. Add plain flour to a clean small bowl
  21. Roll balls in the flour and dust off excess flour
  22. Transfer patties to baking tray
  23. Refrigerate until ready to use
  24. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  25. Add vegetable oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  26. Remove the Creaming Beater
  27. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 180°C
  28. Remove the patties from the fridge
  29. Transfer patties to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  30. Cook each side with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 180°C
  31. Remove with slotted spoon
  32. Transfer balls to baking tray
  33. Repeat the same with the remaining patties
  34. Serve
