  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add olive oil and onion to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  6. Then add sausage to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add red bell pepper, fresh basil leaves and salt to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 100°C, speed 3
  10. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 100°C, speed 7
  11. Then add tomato passata and water to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 95°C, speed 3
  13. Then add parmesan cheese and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  15. Add cooked pasta to a clean large serving bowl
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
  17. Mix gently until well combined
  18. Serve
