Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease and line a clean rectangular pan with parchment paper
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add butter, golden caster sugar, egg, lime, plain flour, baking powder and ground almonds to the Kenwood bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until light and fluffy - 4 min, Speed 3
  6. Then add blueberries and raspberries to the Kenwood bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 20 sec, Speed Min
  8. Pour batter into rectangular pan
  9. Bake until skewer tests clean - 1 hr, 180°C
  10. Remove from oven and let cool
  11. Dust with icing sugar
  12. Slice into squares
  13. Serve
