This tomato sauce is simple but so delicious. Use as a base for pizza, in bolognaise for lasagne or simply on fusilli pasta. Blend if a smoother sauce is desired.

  9. Then add fresh basil leaves, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until reduced - 10 min, 105°C, Speed Min
  11. Serve
