A delicious and nutritious soup, garnished with sumac oil and mint leaves. Sumac is a tangy lemony spice used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking, used in salads, to season meat or as a garnish for hummus. With this recipe simply adjust the amount of chilli flakes to your liking.
