  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add rapeseed oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  4. Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add onion, garlic clove, chicken breast, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground sumac, ground cinnamon and cardamom pods to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 4 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add butternut squash, dried apricots, honey, tinned chopped tomatoes and chicken stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 45 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  9. Season to taste
  10. Serve
  11. Garnish with coriander
