Lightly floured surface
Step preview
- Add water and dried yeast to a clean small bowl
- Stir until well combined
- Let rest - 10 min
- Attach the Dough Tool
- Add plain flour, olive oil and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Transfer yeast mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
- Remove the Dough Tool
- Prove with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 40°C, Speed OFF
- Pre-heat oven - 220°C
- Line a clean traybake tin with parchment paper then set aside
- Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
- Knead slightly
- Roll out into a rectangle
- Transfer shaped dough to traybake tin
- Top with crème fraîche
- Spread until covered
- Top with potato, salami, prosciutto and Raclette cheese
- Bake - 30 min, 220°C
- Remove from oven
- Serve
