  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil and butter to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice shallot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add button mushroom, garlic clove, icing sugar, onion and cloves to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 140°C, speed 4
  13. Then add water and veal shoulder to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 4
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  16. Slice carrot, celery stalk and leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  18. Add salt & pepper, double cream, white wine, bay leaves and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 hr, 98°C, speed 1
  20. Get a clean small bowl
  21. Add cornflour to the small bowl
  22. Mix in water to the small bowl
  23. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  24. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 4
  25. Serve
