Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add plain flour and beef shoulder to a clean medium bowl
  4. Dust
  5. Set aside
  6. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  7. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Slice carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Add pearl onion, garlic clove and button mushroom to the kCook bowl
  15. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
  16. Add fresh parsley and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  17. Transfer beef to kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 180°C, speed 4
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 140°C, speed 3
  20. Then add red wine to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 140°C, speed 1
  22. Then add beef stock and bay leaves to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr 40 min, 98°C, speed 1
  24. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
  25. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  26. Transfer mixture to kCook bowl
  27. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 2
  28. Then add fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  29. Serve
