A recipe for semolina with milk and raisins, quick to make, to serve in 7 to 8 ramekins. You can use a little amber rum to soak the raisins instead of water. For best results, use semi-skimmed milk. User generated recipes have not been tested by Kenwood.

Step preview

  1. Add raisins and water to a clean drinking glass then set aside
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Cook with filler cap fitted - 7 min, 90°C, speed 3
  7. Drain content of drinking glass into sieve
  8. Transfer content of sieve to kCook bowl
  9. Add caster sugar and fine wheat semolina to the kCook bowl
  10. Cook - 7 min, 90°C, speed 7
  11. Transfer mixture to 7 ramekins
  12. Let cool
  13. Serve
