Making your own sweet chilli sauce is quick and easy with our recipe, you can store it in a jar for 3-4 weeks in the fridge or serve it immediately. It is very versatile and can be used in stir fry's, or as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, wontons, dumplings and grilled meats.

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Grate fresh chilli into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add garlic clove, water, sugar, red wine vinegar and salt to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 3
  12. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 3
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  17. Let cool
  18. Serve
