Step preview

  1. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
  2. Mix with teaspoon until well combined
  3. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  4. Add beef, paprika, butter, garlic clove, beef stock, mushrooms, onion, carrot, whipping cream and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Transfer cornflour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 140°C, Stir 3
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 40 min, 103°C, Stir 4
  9. Serve
