Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add cauliflower to the steamer tray
  4. Add water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Steam with filler cap removed until tender - 24 min, 104°C
  8. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  9. Drain
  10. Transfer content of steamer tray to large mixing bowl
  11. Add béchamel sauce to the large mixing bowl
  12. Season
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Grate cheese into the large mixing bowl with direct prep attachment
  15. Mix until coated
  16. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking dish
  17. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 180°C
  18. Serve
