Step preview

  1. Grease a clean tart pan
  2. Attach Spiral Dough Tool
  3. Add plain flour, fromage frais, egg and water to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  5. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  6. Form into a ball
  7. Wrap with plastic wrap
  8. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  9. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  10. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  11. Attach K Beater
  12. Add whipping cream, egg, salt and black pepper to the Kenwood Bowl
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 4
  14. Retrieve the chilled pastry
  15. Transfer pastry to lightly floured surface
  16. Roll until 2mm thick
  17. Transfer pastry to tart pan
  18. Line until covered and trim the edges
  19. Add broccoli and salmon fillet to the tart pan
  20. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to tart pan
  21. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  22. Serve
