  13. Then add tinned chopped tomatoes, beef stock, tinned red kidney beans, chilli powder, chilli flakes and paprika to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 98°C, speed 3
  15. Then add beef and coriander to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  17. Serve
