  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 94°C, speed 1
  6. Add red chili to the clean jars
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 2 jars carefully
  8. Store in a cool, dark place for 3 weeks, shaking the jar twice a week
  9. Strain content of jars into bowl
  10. Pour content of bowl into bottle
  11. Decorate with red chili
  12. Serve
