  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 25 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  9. Then add beef and coriander to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 5 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  11. Serve
