Gamja jorim is typically a side dish in Korea but is also delicious served over rice, for those days when you just need a double hit of carbs. Whole potatoes are fried until the skin is crispy, then simmered in a sweet and savoury sauce until cooked through. If you can, try and use potatoes that are all a similar size so that they cook evenly.
