  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Get a clean tart pan
  3. Grease
  4. Line with shortcrust pastry
  5. Prick
  6. Chill in fridge - 15 min
  7. Line with parchment paper
  8. Fill with baking beans
  9. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  10. Remove baking beans
  11. Brush with egg
  12. Bake - 5 min, 200°C
  13. Let cool
  14. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add egg, egg yolk, milk and double cream to the kCook bowl
  16. Season
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  19. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  20. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  21. Clean kCook bowl
  22. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  23. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  24. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  25. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  26. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  27. Then add bacon to the kCook bowl
  28. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 110°C, speed 4
  29. Transfer content of kCook bowl to pastry
  30. Transfer egg mixture to pastry
  31. Top with gruyère cheese
  32. Season
  33. Bake - 25 min, 190°C
  34. Let cool slightly
  35. Serve
