  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 4
  14. Then add paella rice, fresh thyme and bay leaves to the kCook bowl
  15. Season
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 4
  17. Then add white wine to the kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  19. Then add fish stock, saffron threads and paprika to the kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 98°C, speed 4
  21. Then add peas, mixed seafood and mussels to the kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 98°C, speed 3
  23. Then add lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  24. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  25. Season to taste
  26. Serve
  27. Garnish with fresh chives
  28. Garnish with lemon
