  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment

  9. Add fresh thyme, bay leaves and butter to the kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C, speed 3
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Slice leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 7 min, 98°C, speed 4
  16. Then add water to the kCook bowl
  17. Add scallops to the steamer tray to top shelf
  18. Season
  19. Fit
  20. Steam - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  21. Serve
