This family size garlic bread is the perfect side to pasta, lasagne, or pizza. This is a great bread introduction for little bakers. If you would like a more melted cheese topping add the cheese with 5 minutes left to bake.

Step preview

  1. Grease a clean baking tray
  2. Attach Dough Tool
  3. Add bread flour, dried yeast, salt, water and olive oil to the EasyWarm Bowl
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted then scrape bowl - 1 min, Speed Min
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 2
  6. Remove Dough Tool
  7. Prove with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 2
  8. Transfer dough to baking tray
  9. Press fingers into dough to spread out
  10. Cover with kitchen towel
  11. Let rest - 30 min
  12. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  13. Add garlic clove, unsalted butter and fresh parsley to a clean small bowl
  14. Mix until combined
  15. Brush dough with butter
  16. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  17. Bake - 30 min, 200°C
  18. Serve
