Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add caster sugar, butter, egg, plain flour, vanilla extract, milk and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  7. Grease and flour a clean loaf pan evenly until coated
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan
  9. Bake until skewer tests clean - 50 min, 160°C
  10. Let cool onto cooling rack
  11. Serve
