  2. Add sugar to the kCook bowl

  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 180°C, speed 4
  6. Then add pear, lemon juice and water to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 120°C, speed 3
  8. Serve
  9. Garnish with chantilly cream
  10. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
