Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  4. Slice courgette, shallot and carrot into a clean medium bowl with direct prep attachment
  5. Line the steamer tray with parchment paper
  6. Add chicken breast to the steamer tray
  7. Transfer vegetables to steamer tray
  8. Add cherry tomatoes, fresh thyme, olive oil and salt & pepper to the steamer tray
  9. Fold tightly
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 litre mark
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  13. Steam with filler cap removed - 30 min, 104°C
  14. Serve
