This delicious recipe is morish as a dip or as a topping for meat, fish, pasta… in fact on almost anything. It makes a tasty spread on toast with chopped tomato, onion, parsley, coriander and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to make an incredibly and soulfully satisfying bruschetta. Step preview

  1. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  2. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  3. Add anchovies, green tomato, olive oil and garlic to the Food processor attachment
  4. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  5. Blend until smooth
  6. Remove the attachment from the machine
  7. Attach the Creaming Beater
  8. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 hr 30 min, 90°C, Speed 1
  11. Cook until the garlic stops smelling raw
  12. Check at the halfway point to ensure that the oil amount is sufficient to make a smooth texture and consistency
  13. Serve
