Nougatine is so easy to make and is a great addition to ice cream, or just served dipped in chocolate. We recommend that you use 2 silicon mats to make this recipe as it will prevent the Nougatine sticking to the sheets. Also, it is better if you warm your flaked almonds in the oven before adding to the bowl, as this will reduce the possibility of the sugar crystalising.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 12 min, 180°C, speed 1
  6. Then add flaked almonds to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 180°C, speed 4
  8. Transfer onto silicone baking mat
  9. Layer with parchment paper
  10. Roll out
  11. Let cool onto work surface until room temperature
  12. Break into pieces
  13. Serve
