Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add dried yeast and milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add bread flour, egg, sugar, salt and butter to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 7
  8. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap fitted and let rise - 1 hr, 30°C
  10. Divide into eighths
  11. Grease a clean baking sheet
  12. Form into dough balls
  13. Cover with kitchen towel until doubled - approx 1 hr
  14. Brush with egg
  15. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  16. Cook until golden brown and let cool - 15 min, 180°C
  17. Serve
