  4. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined then scrape bowl - 1 min, Speed 5
  5. Then add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined then scrape bowl - 1 min, Speed 5
  7. Then add plain flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  9. Then add ground almonds to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min 30 sec, Speed 1
  11. Transfer dough to work surface
  12. Wrap with plastic wrap
  13. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  14. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  15. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  16. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  17. Roll into balls
  18. Shape into tapered sausage shapes
  19. Curve each piece to make a crescent shape
  20. Place dough on baking sheet
  21. Bake until light golden - 15 min, 175°C
  22. Remove from oven and let cool
  23. Dust with icing sugar
  24. Serve
