Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add olive oil, salt, water, quick-rise yeast and plain flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  5. Remove the Dough Tool
  6. Prove with splashguard fitted - 40 min, 30°C, Speed OFF
  7. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  8. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces
  9. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  10. Roll the dough over and roll into a ball shape
  11. Repeat this action with the other dough piece
  12. Cover with kitchen towel
  13. Let rest - 10 min
  14. Pre-heat oven - 250°C
  15. Sprinkle semolina on a baking sheet
  16. Take one of the dough balls, and place upside down on the lightly floured work surface
  17. Flatten the dough carefully with your wrist
  18. Roll out the dough into a large circle, about 5 mm thick
  19. Place the dough onto the baking sheet
  20. Garnish your pizza as desired
  21. Repeat the same process with the other dough ball
  22. Bake - 10 min, 250°C
  23. Serve
