Step preview

  1. Add egg yolk, sugar and cornflour to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix until combined then set aside
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add whole milk to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 80°C, speed 4
  8. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 4
  9. Transfer eggs to kCook bowl gradually while whisking
  10. Whisk with filler cap removed - 10 min, 80°C, speed 4
  11. Add dark chocolate to a clean small bowl
  12. Melt gently
  13. Remove lid
  14. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  15. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 5
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 4 ramekins
  17. Chill overnight in fridge
  18. Serve
