  8. Add plain flour, caster sugar, salt and butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  9. Transfer yeast mixture to EasyWarm Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  11. Then add marzipan, blanched almonds and dried cranberries to the EasyWarm Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  13. Remove Dough Tool
  14. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 2
  15. Attach Dough Tool
  16. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  17. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  18. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  19. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  20. Cut the dough into 5 cm pieces
  21. Place shaped dough on baking tray
  22. Cover with kitchen towel
  23. Let rest - 15 min
  24. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  25. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  26. Remove from oven
  27. Brush with butter
  28. Dust with icing sugar and let cool
  29. Serve
