- 250 g

Step preview
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add carrot, courgette, shallot and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 8
- Then add olive oil to the kCook bowl
- Cook - 4 min, 100°C, speed 1
- Then add ground ginger, curry powder, paprika, ground cumin, ground turmeric, water, coconut milk and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
- Add chicken cutlet and carrot to the steamer tray
- Fit steamer tray onto the lid
- Cook - 25 min, 100°C, speed 3
- Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 10
- Remove the steamer tray and set aside
- Add cornflour to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 90°C, speed 5
- Serve
