  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add onion and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
  6. Remove
  7. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  10. Then add chicken breast, plain flour, curry powder, ground cumin, ground turmeric and tomato to the kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 180°C, speed 4
  12. Then add water and coconut milk to the kCook bowl
  13. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 1
  15. Then add green apple, lemon juice, flaked almonds and sultanas to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  17. Season to taste
  18. Serve
