Step preview

  1. Attach the Whisk
  2. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet, whipping cream, milk, vanilla bean and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted until boiling - 2 min, 100°C
  5. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 40°C, Speed 1
  6. Divide cream between 4 serving bowl
  7. Let cool - 4 hr
  8. Garnish with berries
  9. Serve
